Voice and Piano Instructor

Anna Donnelly is a professional singer and music teacher in the city of Chicago. Anna recently completed a Master of Music in Voice Performance and a Graduate Certificate in Vocology at Indiana University. While at IU, Anna performed in numerous opera productions including as Gretel in Hänsel und Gretel and as Drusilla in L’Incoronazione di Poppea. In her professional career, Anna has performed with Chicago Opera Theater, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Miami Music Festival, and Bloomington Chamber Opera. Anna was recently granted an Encouragement Award from the St. Louis District of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition.  

Anna’s teaching philosophy is derived from her studies of voice science and positive youth development. In her private lessons, Anna focuses on safe and sustainable practices for efficient voice use in any genre! Anna helps her students develop healthy vocal habits while always having fun!
