Lisa Bastian holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a strong foundation in risk management and a demonstrated history of success in the information technology and services industry, Lisa has spent the past none years serving as a Reference Data Manager at Vertafore (formerly RiskMatch). In her role, she supports client engagement managers by overseeing all aspects of client onboarding, including product and company mapping, data analytics, troubleshooting, and research.

Lisa is skilled in sales, insurance, leadership, and risk management. In addition to her professional career, she is the co-founder and CEO of PremOla Granola, a consumer packaged goods company. Her entrepreneurial leadership reflects her passion for innovation and excellence, both in the corporate world and beyond.
