DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Victoria (Vicki) Amick is an Organizational Development Specialist specializing in start-up and development strategies for not-for-profit social service endeavors. She has a B.A. in Behavioral Management, Laboratory Technology and Art Education.  Vicki’s career focus was on Human Resource administration with an emphasis on employment legal issues.  Her leadership roles span from directorship to CEO.  For the past 20 years she has focused on gratis opportunities in community development, organizational development and fundraising.  Vicki is the founder of several organizations including New Life Centers, Alliance of Logan Square Associations, Armitage Art Bunch, Armitage Childrens Enrichment and co-found Family Bridges and Beyond the Code.  Vicki has taught fine art at a local college. Currently she is the Director of Development for UpBeat Music and Arts.

Vicki is a lifelong resident of Chicago, Illinois and lives in the Midway Airport community with her husband Dave.  She is an active leader in women’s ministry and through her church, Willow Chicago.
